John Third
Director
John is an International Resource Consultant. He is widely noted for his innovative ideas, lateral thinking and strong background in Agriculture and Engineering - offering strategic advice in government policies, restructuring and resizing of government ministries and state corporations and private sector companies.
John is also a long-standing expert in education, being the former principal of Telford Training Institute. John was also the Farm Manager at New Zealand’s leading farm training facility – Flock House. He designed and implemented training courses for local and overseas students including those from Asia and Africa.
Notable Experiences:
- Planning and implementing regulatory reforms during the regulatory review NZ Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries
- Establishment and successful transformation from a poor performing government department to a State owned enterprise charged with the commercial development of the State Coal mines.
- Guiding business development through regulatory reform as Consultants to Trans Alta, a Canadian utility entering the New Zealand newly deregulated electricity sector.
- Restructuring project for the Government of Sarawak to corporatize the forestry department of Sarawak to provide the flexibility and responsiveness to ensure Sarawak timber harvests from natural forests met international requirements for sustainable harvesting.
- Restructuring Mongolia's Telco sector regulations for value and regulatory efficiency
- Implementing and providing capacity for managing telecommunications reforms in Cambodia

Owen Jennings
Director
Owen has had an extensive background in farming, beginning with his career in both dairy and beef farming of 300 dairy cows and 400 bull beef in Karamea, New Zealand. He later developed a large-scare dairy farm of 700 X 3 herds in Inniskillen, Culverdonand and Canterbury. Owen introduced new and innovative farming techniques such as block grazing of dairy stock, overhead irrigation, intensive dairy bull beef raising and new fertilizer mixes - all of which are now widely practiced by farmers across the country.
Owen brings a wealth of experience in large scale dairy farming, training and technology transfer in agriculture as well as political experience and connections nationally and internationally. Owen was elected as a MP to NZ Parliament and his political posts included being Joint founder of the ACT political party. He was a member of the New Zealand Parliament from 1996 to 2002. District Councillor – Tasman District Council.

Shane Warbrick

Shane has more than 45 years of corporate experience gained internationally, in senior executive positions within Air New Zealand (Chief Financial Officer) and Fletcher Challenge (Group Investment Director). He has also gained extensive consulting experience from roles with Boston Consulting Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers with specialist expertise in corporate financing and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and aircraft leasing.

Douglas Dean
Director
Douglas is a business development, strategy and organizational development expert. He has over 25 years experience in industry and consulting including Chief Marketing Officer for Volkswagen commercial vehicles, Vice President of the prestigious Lausanne Hotel School and Advisor to Nestle-Nespresso’s CEO.
Since coming to Asia 10 years ago, Douglas has advised a number of start-ups, PLCs and Government Linked Companies on strategic transformation aimed at turning organizations around.
Douglas is currently the Head of Consulting with OSR. In this capacity, he is coaching leaders and is assisting organizations to undergo cultural alignments and implement change management in order to improve competitiveness within increasingly complex markets. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing competency frameworks including job descriptions and roles and responsibilities, designing and executing Performance Management Systems including KPIS and Leadership Competencies.

Faris Alsree
Director
Faris has more than 7 years’ experience as a HR professional in multinational companies. He worked as a Regional HR Consultant in Aon Hewitt advising Financial Institution clients across South East Asia.
He’s worked with Banks, Insurance companies and Asset Management firms in HR transformation projects including Organization Structure Design, Job Evaluation, Compensation Benchmarking, Competency Framework Design, Regulatory Reviews and more.
In addition to his career in consulting, he has worked as regional HR professional for a Fortune 500 company, CBRE and world’s second largest tobacco producer British American Tobacco.
Faris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, USA.
